Foolproof Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. dark Karo
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 stick butter, softened
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add Karo and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour mixture into pie shell which has been thawed and pierced with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until middle of pie is firm.
