String Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (15 1/2 oz.)
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and hot, drained
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. butter
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and green pepper in a large pan over medium-high heat until meat is brown, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce; mix well.
