Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cream the butter with brown sugar.
Add flour and nuts and mix to make a crumb mixture.
(Reserve 2 cups for topping.)
Press remainder in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
