Uncooked Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
1 orange (juicy)
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar (more if needed)
Preparation

Wash berries.
Peel orange.
Put both through food grinder using fine blade.
Put into bowl; add sugar and pineapple and mix well.
Let stand in bottom of refrigerator for a day or two before serving.
The longer it stands, the better.
Serves 15 to 20 people.
