English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cans English peas, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar pimiento, undrained
    3 or 4 boiled eggs
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 can fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and half the onion rings.
    Spoon half the pea mixture into casserole.
    Top with half the cheese. Spoon remaining pea mixture on top. Add remaining cheese and onions on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
