Amy'S Summer Squash(Lo-Cal, Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yellow squash, washed and cubed
    1 large onion, sliced thinly
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 cans Del Monte stewed tomatoes (original recipe)
    8 oz. lo-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until tender.
