Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients (water to molasses).
    Slightly cool.
    Add yeast.
    Beat in eggs, sugar and flour.
    Knead.
    Mixture may be soft.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Divide into 2 loaves.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 20 slices.
