Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 or 2 stalks celery
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. whole milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes; boil until almost done.
    (Cover with just enough water to cover potatoes.)
    Add onion, salt, pepper and celery to cooking potatoes.
    Add whole milk and simmer.
