Mexican Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
chopped tomatoes
1 avocado
sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Brown beef; mix in taco seasoning, onions and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Spread in bottom of dish.
Blend milk, Bisquick and eggs.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Top with sour cream, tomatoes and avocado.
Serves 4 to 6.
