Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sesame seed
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. margarine
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 to 2 c. toasted wheat germ
Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, sesame seed and baking soda.
In a large mixer bowl, beat margarine with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds or until softened. Add brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and nutmeg; beat well on medium speed.
Add flour mixture, beating on low speed until combined.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in wheat germ.
Place 2-inches apart on a greased cookie sheet and gently flatten with the bottom of a glass.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown on the bottom.
Remove and cool on a wire rack. Makes about 60 cookies.
