Japanese Fruit Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped raisins
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    Add nuts, dates, raisins and eggs.
    Blend well.
    Spread thin on a greased square cake pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cut into strips while warm and roll in granulated sugar.
