Easy Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Parboil carrots until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mix carrots with onion seasoning.
    Place in alternate layer with grated cheese in a well-buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Pour melted butter over all. Top with cornflakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
