Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix well the pineapple chunks, flour, sugar and cheese.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crushed crackers. Drizzle margarine over the crackers.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
