Macaroni 'N Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained (12 c. cooked)
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    3 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. fresh minced onion
Preparation
    Toss cooked macaroni in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into lightly greased crock-pot.
    Stir well. Cover and cook on low 3 to 5 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
