Ingredients

4 c. pitted red cherries, drained if canned
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. sugar
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. Schilling cherry flavoring
Preparation

Combine fruits and juices in a heavy saucepan.
Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Add sugar and corn syrup and continue simmering, uncovered, for 15 or 20 minutes or until a nice jam consistency is reached.
Add flavoring.
