Crispy Baked Halibut Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. halibut steaks 1-inch thick or 2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried crushed tarragon
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut fish into four portions.
    Pat dry and brush with cooking oil.
    In a shallow baking dish stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, tarragon, paprika and pepper.
    Dip fish for chicken into crumb mixture to coat both sides.
    Arrange pieces in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle any left over bread crumb mixture on top.
    Bake fish, uncovered in a 450\u00b0 oven 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Test with a fork.
