Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    2 c. oats
    1 pkg. crushed saltine crackers
    1 tsp. each: salt, pepper, garlic and chili powder
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic
Preparation
    Stir well first 7 ingredients.
    If more moisture is needed, add catsup or tomato juice.
    Shape into balls or loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven; add mix of catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
    Pour over meat loaf and return to oven.
    Bake until done.
