Creamed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    chopped parsley
    2 1/2 c. chicken consomme
Preparation
    Heat the butter and saute the mushrooms and onions for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Blend in flour.
    Gradually stir in the consomme, salt and pepper.
    Cook stirring constantly until the mixture is slightly thickened.
    Stir in the cream and heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
