Jamaican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 Tbsp. sherry or rum
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mash potatoes with butter.
Stir in pineapple, sherry and spices.
Spoon into a greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
