Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
6 to 8 pecan halves
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Roll in chopped pecans. Garnish with pecan halves on top of rolled ball.
Refrigerate at least 1 day ahead.
Yield: 1 large or 2 small balls.
