Magic Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet morsels
    1 c. chopped nuts
    8 c. pineapple juice (fresh, refrigerated or frozen)
    optional garnish: fresh berries of choice
Preparation
    Through cheesecloth, strain juice into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with plastic wrap; freeze until solid.
    When ready to serve, chop granita with metal spatula or metal pastry scraper.
