Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sour cream and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pastry shell and top with regular or lattice top crust.
    Sprinkle with more nutmeg if desired.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
