Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt and sugar.
    Add milk and vanilla slowly. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
