Golden Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely chopped potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery slices
    1/2 c. carrot slices
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Simmer vegetables and seasonings in water just until tender. Blend milk and flour.
    Add vegetables and cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Do not overcook.
