Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
2 (14 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 diced green pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. butter
hamburger buns
Preparation

Saute pepper and onion in butter.
Add sauce and heat on low. Add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Simmer very low.
Add more soy, vinegar and sugar to taste if needed.
Cook ground beef and drain grease.
Add to sauce and serve on hamburger buns.
For special occasions, substitute roast beef.
Great for an easy holiday buffet.
