Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
3 eggs
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Stir in brown sugar, pecans, corn syrup, vinegar and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
You will not taste the vinegar.
It keeps your pie from boiling over in your stove.
