Microwave Cinnamon Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbeaten egg white
    2 c. shelled mixed nuts or pecan halves
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix egg white and nuts thoroughly.
    Combine cinnamon and sugar.
    Add to nuts so egg white absorbs it all.
    Place mix in round cake dish.
    Cook on power 7 for 6 minutes or until crispy, turning dish at one minute intervals.
    Cool and break into pieces.
