Celery Salmon Loaf And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1/4 c. liquid, saved from can of salmon
    1/2 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pack in greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes; turn onto platter.
