Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix potatoes with melted butter and sugar.
Whip in the eggs. Add spices, milk and part of coconut.
(Save a little coconut to sprinkle on top.)
Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with coconut and bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
