Baked Egg And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

5 to 7 eggs
1 pt. tomatoes
Preparation

Butter a casserole.
Butter bread on both sides and cover bottom of dish.
Break in eggs.
Season (do not break the yolks). Cover with another layer of buttered bread.
Season and strain tomatoes and pour over all.
Bake 45 minutes in slow oven.
