Heart-Healthy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced or chopped onions
    fish fillets
    lemon juice
    spices such as parsley, basil, thyme or whatever you like
Preparation
    Spray pan with nonstick spray.
    Place fairly thick layer of sliced or chopped onions on pan.
    Place fish fillets on onions. Sprinkle with lemon juice and spices.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
