Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cubed chicken
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar (mild)
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Drain and place in casserole.
    Put chicken on top.
    Mix mayo, lemon juice, egg and cream of chicken soup. Spread on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix.
    Spread on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and allow top to brown.
