Lone Star Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large steaks
    1 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stick oleo
    1 small onion, grated
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt oleo and stir in all sauce ingredients.
    Broil steaks, turning frequently and brushing with sauce each time you turn them. When almost done, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Serves 6.
