Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. allspice
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, allspice and 2/3 cup milk together.
    Shape into meatballs, using teaspoon as measure for mixture.
    Melt butter in large heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Add meatballs, turning frequently, brown on all sides.
    Remove skillet from heat.
    Sprinkle flour evenly over meatballs, stirring to blend well. Dissolve bouillon cube in water, add to meatballs.
    Stir in remaining milk and Worcestershire sauce to make smooth mixture.
    Return to low heat, cook until gravy is thickened.
    Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
