Double Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    4 oz. uncooked egg noodles
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (in bits)
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 medium tomato, sliced
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain; add onion, celery, salt, pepper and tomato sauce and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Combine meat mixture, sour cream and both cheeses and mix well; gently stir in cooked noodles. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and place tomato slices on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
