Scrambled Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tofu, cubed or mashed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite)
    1/2 c. chopped green onions or 1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken style seasoning
    1 tsp. nutritional yeast
    1 pinch turmeric
    3 Tbsp. distilled water
Preparation
    Combine entire ingredients.
    Place in a Teflon or equivalent skillet over low heat, stirring consistently.
    This can be served as a substitute for scrambled eggs.
