Cranberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Quaker oats (quick or old-fashioned), uncooked
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease
    and flour bottom only of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
    Set aside.
    Beat orange juice, eggs, oil and orange peel until mixed thoroughly.
    Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
