Caramelized Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 unbaked pastry shell
    1 c. pecans
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation
    Mix the pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, extracts and butter and pour into the pastry shell.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes.
    Reduce the heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes until done.
    Mix the pecans, melted butter and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the top of the pie.
    Place pie under the broiler until the topping is caramelized.
