Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend soup, milk and pepper.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Dot top with butter and sprinkle with butter.
    Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Uncover and cook 15 minutes more.
