Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans or hickory nuts
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 uncooked shells
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together.
Separate egg yolks from whites.
Add egg yolks to mixture and mix.
Then add syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt.
Beat egg whites until they become fluffy and add to mixture.
Pour in uncooked pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
