Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream soup
1 large onion, chopped
1 egg
2 medium potatoes, sliced like potato chips
1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onions in frying pan.
Drain off grease. Boil potatoes until soft but firm.
Mix cream soup, egg and a little milk.
Layer potatoes, hamburger and cheese in baking dish. Pour soup mixture over them.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
