Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp grated cheese
1 bunch green onions (5)
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. bread crumbs

Preparation

Scrub potatoes and cook until tender.
Cool, peel and grate with a coarse grater.
Combine sour cream, cheese, onions, milk and seasoning.
Mix well.
Turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Smooth over with spatula.
