Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    noodles
Preparation
    Season and flour steak and brown in butter.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
    Stir in broth and simmer about 1 hour or until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Gradually stir in sour cream.
    Cook for 5 minutes and serve over noodles.
