Cheese Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 qt. milk or 1 can evaporated milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cover potatoes and onion with water. Boil until soft.
Mix the flour with the milk.
Add the milk, cheese, butter and chopped parsley to potatoes and heat until very hot but not boiling. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes 8 servings.
