Copper Pennies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots
1 bell pepper, sliced
3 onions, sliced
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix carrots, pepper and onions together in bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients together.
Pour over vegetables.
Marinate overnight.
