Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant, sliced thinly
    salt to taste
    well beaten eggs
    seasoned bread crumbs
    Wesson oil
Preparation
    After slicing eggplant, lay out on paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand 30 to 40 minutes.
    Dry off, dip in beaten eggs and then seasoned bread crumbs.
    Fry in Wesson oil until golden brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve.
