Barbecue Hamburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 medium onions
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburg
    1/2 bottle ketchup or chili sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. relish
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop onion, celery and green pepper and then saute in 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
    Add hamburg.
    When hamburg is browned, then add 1/2 bottle ketchup or chili sauce, 3 tablespoons green relish, brown sugar and vinegar.
    Let simmer with cover on for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve on hamburger rolls.
