Oatmeal Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together butter, margarine and sugar.
Add beaten egg. Sift together flour, salt and soda and add to mixture.
Add oatmeal, raisins and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for exactly 8 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
