Uncle Don'S Favorite Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    drained pineapple slices (reserve liquid)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt margarine in bottom of cake pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over margarine.
    Arrange drained pineapple slices over sugar; reserve liquid.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over pineapple and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes and turn upside down.
    Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream or alone. Excellent during pheasant hunting season.
