5 Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stew meat (do not need to brown)
    8 potatoes
    6 carrots
    1 onion or 1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. celery, cut up
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    3 tsp. Minute tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt or salt to taste
Preparation
    Put ingredients together and bake in tightly covered pan in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
